Arthur's Last Sail

On Monday 3rd of May 2010 four boats, Corky, Chinaman, Gooseberry, and WindRush. With twenty people aboard went out into Poole Harbour to mark Arthurs life and love of sailing. The wind was force 5 from the North East with gusts of up to force 7. So the planned trip to Old Harry Rock was changed to Blood Alley.

Pat put down the anchor and the other three boats moored alongside. The Vicar led us in prayer, and Pat sprinkled white rose petals. A hymn was then sung with great voice.
